Gail Archer in Concert - Celebrity Organ Series - Lewis & Clark College

Lewis & Clark Department of Music will feature Gail Archer for their 7th annual Celebrity Organ Series performance on the Casavant Organ in the Agnes Flanagan Chapel on Friday, September 27, 2024 at 7:30 pm.  She will perform works by Bach, Brahms, Nadia Boulanger, Jeanne Demessieux, and Ukrainian composers Viktor Goncharenko, Svitlana Ostrova, and Mykola Kolessa.

The following morning, Saturday, September 28th, at 10:00 am, Gail will give a lecture on the history and characteristics of Ukrainian and Eastern European organ music.  It will be held in the organ balcony of Agnes Flanagan Chapel.
