The chapter's Executive Committee normally meets monthly on second Tuesdays at 7:00pm at St. Paul's Lutheran Church, located on SE 39th Avenue (Cesar Chavez Blvd) between Powell and Division in Portland.

There is a general membership, non-business meeting monthly on the last Tuesday of each month at 11:30am at the Newport Seafood Grill, located at 1200 NE Broadway (just north of Lloyd Center, next to Safeway).  All members and guests are invited to come enjoy good food and good chatting, some organ-related, some not.  The meals are Dutch-style.
