Welcome to the City of Roses!

We just finished our 103rd year!

The Portland, Oregon, Chapter encompasses organists, church music directors, and organ aficionados along the Columbia River and northern Willamette Valley in Oregon and southern Washington.  Locales include (but are not limited to) Astoria, McMinnville, Scappoose, Wilsonville, Pendleton, Bend, Vancouver, and the greater Portland area, with a couple of dual-members coming from Salem.  Membership in the Guild is done through our national office through its ONCARD system.

The first program of the season is coming up! Jonas Nordwall will be giving an exclusive workshop on September 20 and some friends will be joining him for a public concert on the 21st.  Details and updates here.

We are now giving away scholarship money! There is a new link at left to our new Scholarships page with all the details and the application form.  Many thanks go to Grant Edwards for working hard to make this a reality.

The Contact Us page has been updated.  Many thanks go to everyone whose term has ended: Grant Edwards, Karen Corbett, Chris Nordwall, and Jon Holland.

Now that the successful national convention in Boston has finished, the next national convention in Houston is now listed at the bottom of this page.

The Online National Collection and Remittal of Dues (ONCARD) is active for the Portland Chapter. This is a new way for all of AGO's members to update information and renew their membership. The Portland chapter has 3 people who can help you navigate the new system: Heidi Kohne, Chris Keady, and Bill Kuhn. If you want to update or check on your personal information on file, go to ONCARD and log in as instructed. The ONCARD system does allow people to renew using a personal check, by printing an invoice and mailing it in.
